Our cosy apartments in the alpine style offer a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, above all the Dolomites. Stylish and furnished to a high standard, they are a welcoming place to sit down for a while and relax. They also offer plenty of room for resting up after a long hike in the Gitschberg-Jochtal hikers’ paradise. The aroma of fresh wood gives the rooms an extra special atmosphere. You’ll find that you sleep especially well in our soft and cosy beds. Fresh South Tyrolean mountain air blowing through the window … there could hardly be anything better.
MORGENTAU APARTMENT
You’ll feel completely comfortable and right at home. We aim for Cosiness with a capital “C” in our holiday apartment. You can snuggle right up in the feather-soft bed or on the large sofa and relive the adventures of your day.

Our “Schöne Aussicht” (lit. beautiful view) apartment is also a little gem. Cosy and stylish, it is an inviting place to rest for a while. The aroma of fresh wood creates a wonderful atmosphere and there is a splendid view to be enjoyed from the balcony.

As well as all charges and taxes, except the tourist tax. Since July 2014 a tourist tax has been introduced in the region of South Tyrol. It amounts to 1,55 € in our township per person (aged over 14) and day. We kindly ask you to pay the tax at the end of your stay on-site.
The total amount of your booked stay contains the final clean-up.

Out of respect for our other guests, pets are not allowed in our apartments!
Booking will be treated as binding as soon as we receive the deposit of 200,00 € per week and apartment. We only accept booking in writing.

We are unable to refund this deposit in the event of cancellation.
For a shorter stay (less than 4 nights) we charge a supplement of 30,00 € per person and night.
Please settle the bill in cash the evening or the morning before you leave. We accept payment by cash card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard) and by cash.
Please note that the cash limit in Italy amounts to max. 1,999 €.
The apartments are available for you to occupy from 3 pm. Please inform us in case you are checking in later. We request that you vacate your apartment by 10 am on your day of departure.
Arrival: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
We are looking forward to your visit. However, it may happen that you cannot take your holiday and have to cancel it at short notice. In order to prevent you and from unnecessary fees, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw:
If you cancel your stay up to 30 days before you were due to arrive we will keep the deposit.
Up to 10 days before the start of your stay, 50% of the cost of the apartment will be charged; up to 4 days before the start of your stay, arrive late or leave early, the whole cost for the booking will be charged.
So please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

The indicated prices are for 2 people per apartment and day for a minimum stay of least 4 nights.
For every additional person staying in the apartment we charge 25,00 € per night.
